Company 'A' started life as a little bedroom business with the intention of selling a few items every week whilst the kids were at school. It was supposed to generate no more than £30k a year and provide enough profit to help the family with its weekly shop. The owners however, massively under predicted the market response and missed the fact they had stumbled onto a niche. Orders flooded in and the company spent significant sums of both time and money, trying to catch up. Company 'B' approached us with the intention of launching their extensive portfolio of products onto Amazon. They did not have the capability in house yet and wanted to add an additional revenue stream to their business.

This wholesaler faced a problem. They currently sold over 15000 product lines to retailers, most of whom were retailing via Amazon. However, Amazon, for this brand especially, had become the 'Wild West' with retailers listing products here, there and everywhere, using incorrect information, outdated photos, or even retailing other brand products under the wholesalers brand name. This situation was beginning to harm their business as Amazon sales were being affected by the poor quality and consistency.

New listings were added, existing listings updated, brands registered, trade marks enforced and we even began B2C sales on old stock laying around the warehouse!
